A few things worth knowing.

The details, before we start. Straight answers to the questions owners ask.

05 / THE DETAILS

Good questions.
Straight answers.

The things owners actually ask.

01How much is a menu?+

A one-sided takeaway menu is $175. Two sides is $275. An inside plus drive-thru set is $375. Extra locations are half price, because the hard part is only done once.

Everything else is on the price list above — no quotes to chase, no “let's hop on a call”.

02How long does it take?+

Five working days for most jobs, three to five for food trucks. That clock starts when you've sent us your items and prices, not when you first message.

Opening in a hurry? A 48-hour turnaround is +50%.

03What do you need from me to start?+

Your current menu — a phone photo is fine, even a creased one — or just a typed list of items and prices. If you have photos of your food, send those too.

That's it. We'll come back with questions if we have them.

04What if I don't like it?+

Two rounds of revisions are included on every job, one on food-truck work. Tell us what's wrong in plain words — “make the prices bigger” is a perfectly good brief.

Changes beyond that are $50 an hour, and so far nobody has got there.

05Do I own the files?+

Yes. Print-ready PDF and the editable source file, handed over once the invoice is paid.

No licence, no expiry, no paying again to change a price, and nobody holding your own menu hostage if you stop working with us.

06Do you print it?+

Every price on this page is design only. You can take the files to any printer you like.

Or we'll handle it — tell us the quantity and how fast you need them and we'll quote it separately. Menus, loyalty cards, posters, banners.

To be straight with you: we don't print in-house. Printing is forwarded to a trusted third-party printer we've worked with, and we manage the job end to end — specs, proofs and chasing the deadline. You deal with us, not them.

07Do you install the TV or hang the banner?+

No. We don't mount screens, hang banners or fit signage.

Artwork goes to your printer or your installer cut to their spec, so nothing gets rejected or trimmed wrong.

08Do I need special software for the digital menu board?+

No, and that's the point. You get a file that runs off a $30 streaming stick plugged into the TV you already have. No subscription, no monthly fee, nothing to log into.

When prices move, send us the change and we'll update the board — $45 a go.

09I already have a menu. Can you just change the prices?+

If we built it, yes — that's a seasonal update, $45.

If somebody else built it and you only have a flat PDF or a JPG, we usually have to rebuild it, which is the full price. Send it over and we'll tell you straight which one it is before you commit.

10Can you do it in Spanish?+

Yes — menus, signage and social posts, in Spanish, English or both on the same sheet. Se habla español.

11Can you fix my DoorDash and Uber Eats?+

Yes. $150 covers both: every item written with a description that actually sells it, your photos sized and uploaded so they stop getting cropped, categories ordered, and modifiers set up so people stop calling the store to ask.

One thing we'll need from you: access to your DoorDash and Uber Eats manager portals. Nothing on a delivery listing can be changed from the outside — it all happens inside the merchant dashboard, so we can't touch it without being let in.

Best way is to add us as a user on your account, which both platforms allow in a couple of taps. You stay the owner, you see everything we change, and you remove us with one click when we're done. We don't ask for your password and we'd rather not have it. If adding a user is giving you trouble, message us and we'll talk you through the two taps on your phone.

We use the photos you already have. We don't shoot food.

12Website outright or monthly — which is cheaper?+

Depends how long you keep it. Site Care is $55/mo with nothing up front; buying outright is $550 once, plus $180/yr if you want us maintaining it.

Monthly is cheaper until about month sixteen. After that, outright wins and keeps winning. Tell us how long you plan to be open and we'll tell you which one you want — including when it's the cheaper one for us.

13How and when do I pay?+

One-off jobs: on delivery, before the files are handed over. Opening packages: half up front, half on opening day. Monthly plans bill month to month with no contract and no minimum — cancel any time.

Cheques can be made out to Multiverse Solutions LLC.

14Are you actually local?+

Port Arthur. The work on this page is on Twin City Highway, in Central Mall, in Nederland and in Beaumont — you can go and look at it.

You get one person who answers his own phone, not a ticket number.
